This quote has a whole new meaning at our house.

As I have stated many a time, it's all about the people - the rest will take care of itself.

Re-think what your current recruitment and retention model is. Are you hiring the best you can afford? Do you have a concise and performance based training program?

Trust this - if you hire the absolute best you can afford; train them relentlessly with an eye towards success (rather than a chore of training) and then, watch them fly - you will be astounded.

The old days of "here is your briefcase, now go sell" are long gone.
